As of August 27 2019, we were officially incorporated as Liisa’s Garden Inc. We are now a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation registered with the IRS.
Now, the real work begins. Fundraising. Our first objective is to raise money to purchase suitable building property here in Blair County. We have been researching what’s out there and have determined it would be wise to invest in a multi-acre piece of land that would allow for future expansion.
We invite you to support our mission to build an open-door cat sanctuary, a retirement (forever) home for all of our homeless and feral feline friends. Our goal is to acquire land, design, build and operate Liisa’s Garden, all within 5 years. We will keep you posted on our progress via our website and social media.
